Gmail Motion

Coming to Google Docs soon!

I loved the April fools day joke that Google played today, and I know that some people did get caught out on it.

Google put Motion on their help page today, suggesting a new way to communicate and get fit at the same time!

Gmail Motion uses your webcab to detect your movements and translate them into commands – Classic!

There is even a video, schematic, and a printable guide to show you how to use the gestures.

The precautions were my favourite, telling you to take short breaks and clear the area around you.

First I heard about this people were already laughing about it, so then I knew it was fake, but I wonder what I would have said if I’d seen it before that.

Did you get caught out on this?  Tell us 🙂 be brave.
